Maria Glinatsi, Esq - Associate - Maria was born and raised in Tarpon Springs, Florida. Ms. Glinatsi received a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of South Florida. She graduated from Florida International University College of Law. While in law school, Maria was a legal intern at the Legal Services Center of FIU. During this time she represented clients in a number of health-related areas. Additionally, Maria also worked with Florida Legal Services and Young Invincibles to support healthcare expansion in Florida. She dedicates her practice to civil litigation including insurance companies, their insureds, and governmental entities. Ms. Glinatsi is an active member of the Tarpon Springs community. She is currently a member of the Rotary Club of Tarpon Springs. In partnership with the Rotary Club, she frequently works with organizations such as Habitat for Humanity and The Boys and Girls Club. In addition, she is a board member for the St. Nicholas Greek School and a Committee member for the annual Epiphany Celebration in Tarpon Springs. In her free time, Ms. Glinatsi enjoys spoiling her twin nephews, traveling to new places, and reading (everything from Hobbes to Harry Potter).

Ethan Evans, Esq - Associate - Mr. Evans’ practice focuses on representing insurance companies and their insureds in civil litigation matters. Born and raised in Tampa, Florida, Mr. Evans attended the University of Central Florida, where he earned his bachelor’s degree in Legal Studies in 2012. He went on to attend the Stetson University College of Law, earning his Juris Doctorate degree in 2015. Mr. Evans began his attorney career at the Office of the Public Defender in Tampa, where he gained valuable courtroom and trial experience representing indigent criminal clients. He gained civil litigation experience handling nursing home and personal injury matters working for a Tampa insurance defense firm before working on first-party property matters for a St. Petersburg plaintiff firm. When not advocating for clients, Mr. Evans enjoys spending time with his wife, family, friends and dog. He is an avid fan of the two-time American League Pennant-winning Tampa Bay Rays.

Kaleb Robare, Esq - Associate - Kaleb was born and raised in the Tampa Bay area. He attended Florida State University and received a Bachelor of Science in Political Science with a minor in History. Kaleb graduated from Stetson College of Law in Gulfport, Florida. When not practicing, he enjoys spending time with his wife and children at one of our beautiful Florida beaches, playing a round of golf, being an avid fan and supporter of FSU Seminole Football, the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, and the Tampa Bay Lightning. Kaleb became passionate about the law through his love of history. He realized that the law shapes and defines so many hidden aspects of our lives and felt the need to educate himself further. After receiving his bachelor's degree, Kaleb attended Stetson Law while working at the same time for the Sixth Judicial Circuit of Florida in Pinellas and Pasco Counties. Working for the court system gave him a deep understanding of how the judicial system operates. Along with his law degree and the network he developed at Stetson Law, the experience of working for the state court system prepared him to offer exceptional legal services to our clients.

Joshua Rivera, Esq - Associate - Mr. Rivera was born in Gainesville, Georgia, and raised in Fort Myers, Florida. Mr. Rivera received a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and History from Florida Southern College. He went on to attend Stetson University College of Law, earning his Juris Doctor degree in 2024. While in law school, Mr. Rivera clerked for an immigration law firm in St. Petersburg, Florida, gaining valuable experience in civil proceedings and client representation. Mr. Rivera is fluent in Spanish. Mr. Rivera is admitted to the Florida Bar and dedicates his practice to representing governmental entities, insurance companies, and their insureds in civil litigation matters. In his free time, Mr. Rivera is working toward his lifelong goal of completing a marathon.
