T.R. UniceTR Unice, Jr., Esq. – President and Managing Shareholder - born in Uniontown, Pennsylvania, December 29, 1957. Admitted to The Florida Bar, 1982; U.S. District Court, Middle District of Florida, 1983; U.S. Court of Appeals, 111th Circuit, 1985; and U.S. Supreme Court, 1987. Attended The American University, received a Bachelor of Arts degree from Washington and Jefferson College in 1979 and a Juris Doctor from Ohio Northern University in 1982. Board Certified by The Florida Bar as a Civil Trial Lawyer and, nationally, by the American Board of Trial Advocacy. Mr. Unice began his law practice as an Assistant State Attorney for the Sixth Judicial Circuit in Pinellas and Pasco County, Florida in 1983, immediately after law school, where he served on the Arson Prosecution Unit working closely with insurance companies, state arson and fraud investigators and local fire investigative teams. Maria GlinatsiMaria Glinatsi, Esq - Associate - Maria was born and raised in Tarpon Springs, Florida. Ms. Glinatsi received a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of South Florida. She graduated from Florida International University College of Law. While in law school, Maria was a legal intern at the Legal Services Center of FIU. During this time she represented clients in a number of health-related areas. Additionally, Maria also worked with Florida Legal Services and Young Invincibles to support healthcare expansion in Florida. She dedicates her practice to civil litigation including insurance companies, their insureds, and governmental entities. Ms. Glinatsi is an active member of the Tarpon Springs community. She is currently a member of the Rotary Club of Tarpon Springs. In partnership with the Rotary Club, she frequently works with organizations such as Habitat for Humanity and The Boys and Girls Club. In addition, she is a board member for the St. Nicholas Greek School and a Committee member for the annual Epiphany Celebration in Tarpon Springs. In her free time, Ms. Glinatsi enjoys spoiling her twin nephews, traveling to new places, and reading (everything from Hobbes to Harry Potter).

Ethan EvansEthan Evans, Esq - Associate - Mr. Evans’ practice focuses on representing insurance companies and their insureds in civil litigation matters. Born and raised in Tampa, Florida, Mr. Evans attended the University of Central Florida, where he earned his bachelor’s degree in Legal Studies in 2012. He went on to attend the Stetson University College of Law, earning his Juris Doctorate degree in 2015. Mr. Evans began his attorney career at the Office of the Public Defender in Tampa, where he gained valuable courtroom and trial experience representing indigent criminal clients. He gained civil litigation experience handling nursing home and personal injury matters working for a Tampa insurance defense firm before working on first-party property matters for a St. Petersburg plaintiff firm. When not advocating for clients, Mr. Evans enjoys spending time with his wife, family, friends and dog. He is an avid fan of the two-time American League Pennant-winning Tampa Bay Rays.

Matthew L. SellMatthew L. Sell, Esq - Associate - Born in New Port Richey, Florida, Matt studied Philosophy at the University of South Florida and graduated with a Bachelor of Arts before enlisting in the United States Navy. After completing his active duty service, including deployment in 2014 to the Northern Arab Gulf aboard the USS Comstock, he graduated from Stetson University College of Law with a Juris Doctorate, focusing on federal administrative law and litigation. While at Stetson, Matt was a member of the Tax Law Society, Second Amendment Society, and the Stetson Law Ambassadors. As a Veteran, he volunteered over three hundred pro bono hours at Stetson Law’s Veterans Law Institute assisting in-need-veterans with navigating the complex VA claims process. He currently practices in the field of civil litigation as a member of the Florida Bar. He continues to volunteer helping veterans with the VA claims process, pro bono. In his free time, Mr. Sell enjoys fishing, hunting, and cooking.
