Ariana Siller, Esq - Associate - Ariana was born in Cleveland, Ohio and grew up just outside of Detroit, Michigan before she attended Purdue University and earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and a Bachelor of Arts in Pre-Law. Upon graduation, Ariana attended Stetson University College of Law where she earned her Juris Doctor Degree with a concentration in International Law. Between her courses at Stetson, Ariana interned at a Tampa litigation firm and was highly involved in the community with programs such as Big Brother Big Sister and St. Petersburg’s Community Law Program. As a result of her commitment to others, Ariana earned Stetson’s Leadership Development Certification and the William F. Blews Pro-Bono Award.

Prior to working for Unice, Salzman, Jensen, Ariana worked in a litigation firm where she represented individuals that were involved in motor vehicle accidents. Ariana is also a co-organizer of the Tampa Chapter for Hashtag Lunchbag, which is a community service organization that gathered monthly for efforts to provide food to the less fortunate members of our community. In her free time, Ariana enjoys relaxing at any one of the many beautiful Florida beaches, possibly with her dog Austyn, attending local Clearwater boxing classes, and spending time with the few family members she has here in Florida.

Vanessa Gerlich, Esq - Associate - Vanessa was born in Tettnang, Germany and grew up in Cape Coral, Florida. She attended the University of Florida where she graduated summa cum laude and earned her Bachelor of Arts in Criminology. Upon graduation, she went on to receive her Juris Doctor degree from Stetson University College of Law. While at Stetson, she was actively involved in organizations such as the Entertainment and Sports Law Society. She was also involved in several externships, such as the local government externship with The City of St. Petersburg Attorney's Office and the In-House counsel externship with IRONMAN World Triathlon Corporation. Upon graduation, Vanessa worked at a personal injury civil litigation firm. In her free time, Vanessa enjoys going boating, going to the gym, and watching football.

Mariana “Ana” Gallastegui, Esq - Associate - Born in Clearwater, Florida, Mariana “Ana” Gallastegui attended the University of Florida where she earned her Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration. Upon graduation, Ana attended Fordham University School of Law where she earned her Juris Doctor degree. While at Fordham, she was heavily involved in the Brendan Moore Trial Advocacy program. During law school, Ana interned with a private firm in Tampa. Upon graduation, she practiced estate planning at a small firm in Clearwater and insurance litigation at a large firm in Tampa. She has experience with medical malpractice, nursing home litigation, and auto glass litigation. In her free time, Ana enjoys everything Broadway. She also loves soccer and baseball.
