Laura E. Schinella - Associate - born in Long Island, New York. Ms. Schinella graduated from the University of South Florida summa cum laude and graduated from Stetson University College of Law with the William F. Blews, Pro Bono Service Award. While at Stetson, Ms. Schinella participated in several internships to include the United States Attorney’s Office, Violent Crimes and Narcotics Trafficking Division, in Washington, D.C. Ms. Schinella was admitted to the Virginia Bar in 2013 and admitted to the Florida Bar in 2015.

Upon becoming licensed, Ms. Schinella served as an Assistant Public Defender in Fredericksburg, Virginia, an Assistant Public Defender for the Sixth Judicial Circuit in New Port Richey, Florida, and an Assistant State Attorney for the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in Tampa, Florida. Ms. Schinella also founded and was the managing partner of Simon & Schinella, Attorneys at Law where she primarily focused her practice on criminal defense and personal injury representation and litigation. Ms. Schinella is a trained litigator and brings her criminal trial experience to the field of civil defense litigation where she will zealously defend your claim.

Ms. Schinella is admitted to practice in the state courts of Florida, and the U.S. District Court for the Northern, Middle, and Southern Districts of Florida.
