Ashley D. Beilan, Esq.
ASHLEY D. BEILAN was born in Chicago, Illinois, on December 17, 1986. She grew up in Naperville, Illinois, and moved to Trinity, Florida when she was 16 years of age. She attended the University of Central Florida, and received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science, and a minor in Spanish Language in Literature. She graduated cum laude. Mrs. Beilan was a Coca-Cola Scholar, and served as the Vice-Chair of the President's Leadership Council, Peer Mentor for the LEAD Scholars Program, and Vice President of the United Resident Student Association. Mrs. Beilan also volunteered with Habitat for Humanity, Junior Achievement, and United Cerebral Palsy. In 2009, Mrs. Beilan was nominated and awarded with the Order of Pegasus, the University of Central Florida's highest honor, which recognizes exemplary performance in the areas of academic achievement, university involvement, leadership, and community service.
While in law school, Mrs. Beilan completed two internships with the Miami-Dade County Office of the Public Defender, where she worked in the felony division. Mrs. Beilan worked as a legal fellow and clinical legal intern with the law school's Health and Elder Law Clinic for two years, where she served as the student attorney for many clients in different legal matters related to health. Mrs. Beilan also worked as a legal intern with DLA Piper, LLP, in the Corporate and Securities Division, and as a research assistant for Professor Susan Stefan, focusing her work on healthcare issues for book publication. While at Miami Law, Mrs. Beilan earned the Florida Association of Women Lawyer's Leadership Scholarship for her work representing clients in the Health and Elder Law Clinic.
Mrs. Beilan returned to Tampa in 2013 and joined Unice Salzman, P.A. as a litigation associate. She is a member of the Florida Bar. She is admitted to the U.S. District Courts of the Middle and Southern Districts of Florida.
